While providing transitional support, we will round with purpose on your practice's providers and staff to ensure the needs of your team are met. As part of your team, Medical Staff Partners, will offer best practices in patient and staff satisfaction, strategic planning, process improvement, compliance, we will identify key performance indicators, throughput and safety initiatives and of course, retention, along with daily operational management. These tools and resources will be offered as informational or as part of your group's initiatives for implementation. Depending on the duration of interim assignment, and at your request, the implementation can be a part of the assignment or can be coordinated with the incoming manager.
